If I may, I’m on a nostalgic mode to relay our story in bullet form.

This is the story of the Winglica – Aerandria network.

• It was year 2004 when Harusaki started out as a simple fanlisting. The Fruits Basket series was such a big hit it garnered enough traffic for us to decide making a full site about the series.
• From the large fan-base garnered by Harusaki, the concept of character shrines and a forum came about.
• The forum initially focused on the Fruits Basket series but later on evolved to include other anime series to gain more interaction.
• Roleplays became abundant in the forum. The crazy life of updates and more traffic ensues.
• From a simple fan-base sprouted an online family, which would later on become real-life friends. <3 Truly, the pioneering group's friendship still continues to this day.
• Later on came websites, shrines, and forum boards for Gravitation, Bleach and Ouran High. More insane roleplays, more hilarious times!
• Constant forum updates became too much for the initial admins to maintain and so forum staff (Mods and Wingli-ninjas) were born to be the forum policemen.
• Year 2007, Aerandria was born to cater to manga scan enthusiasts!
• Forum interactions became less almost becoming dead. Yet the admins didn’t have the heart to close it down for sentimental reasons. So the forum stayed to cater for loyal fans.
• Year 2010, Wingedfanfics was created for anime and manga fanfictions. Anyone can submit their work on this site.
• Our latest creation, Bishounenwiki, is a wiki site for bishie loving fans. We are currently looking for writers to help us create bishounen pages.
• The forum is now undergoing changes to make it more intuitive and not too overwhelming for new members.

So what does all of this tell us?

The friendship and love for anime and manga is still here. Even if we grow old and may have lost the anime/manga phase (as I have), it is something I will not easily leave behind. Cheers to the friendship born from the Network and for the new ones coming our way!

We have our fanlistings, our own forum, manga scanlation site and fanfiction based website.

Then Licorne and I went, why not cater to some bishie love?

And so here it is, the new website under the Winglica-Aerandria wing, Bishounen Wiki! A wiki site made specifically for bishounen loooooove!

So I’ve been thinking what could be a good song to start the year with a BOOM.

Then I stumbled upon this video and for some strange reason, I find it fitting because we have to MOVE IT to have a great New Year!

We’re happy to announce that another Winglica – Aerandria endeavor has finally arrived!

We hope with this new website, we would be able to help out our creative members to pour out their creative sides.

Admit it, most of us being anime and manga fans that we are, we have underwent a mad phase for fanfictions related to our favorite titles. So we thought, why not also make a small nook in cyberspace to have this creative juices sparkle in the sunlight? It will be fun! This is how WingedFanfics.com came about. We want to cater to the needs of creative anime and manga writers and fans and feed their hunger for more of their fave series!

Everyone is invited to register and start posting on their work! The site is new so we might encounter some boo-boos along the way. If you find any of these boo-boos, please don’t hesitate to tell us about it so we could fix it asap.

On Thursday, October 1 at approximately 1:30 a.m., the server
your account is on experienced a hardware failure resulting
in system-wide file corruption. Due to the extent of the file
corruption, the server was down while system files were restored from
backups. Accounts were restored to service between 1:00 p.m. and 3:40
a.m. on Friday, October 2. Due to needing to restore some account
data from backups, some accounts may have suffered data loss. The root
cause of the hardware failure was found and fixed to prevent further
problems.

We are currently monitoring and harassing the host to fix the problem and keep us informed with updates.
