On Thursday, October 1 at approximately 1:30 a.m., the server
your account is on experienced a hardware failure resulting
in system-wide file corruption. Due to the extent of the file
corruption, the server was down while system files were restored from
backups. Accounts were restored to service between 1:00 p.m. and 3:40
a.m. on Friday, October 2. Due to needing to restore some account
data from backups, some accounts may have suffered data loss. The root
cause of the hardware failure was found and fixed to prevent further
problems.

We are currently monitoring and harassing the host to fix the problem and keep us informed with updates.
